Rev. W. Randall Foster


Rev. W. Randall Foster is a native of Saluda, NC. He graduated from East Henderson High School in East Flat Rock, NC in 1982. Rev. Foster received his Associate of Arts degree from Brevard College in Brevard, NC in 1984. He then received his Bachelor of Science degree in sociology from High Point University in High Point, NC in 1986. In 1990, Rev. Foster completed his Master of Divinity degree from Duke University in Durham, NC. Rev. Foster and his wife, Kenny, have three children: Will, Molly, and Quin.

Rev. Foster has served the following churches in the Western North Carolina Conference:

New Hope/Bethel Charge in Anson County, NC
Christ United Methodist Church in Salisbury, NC
Bethpage United Methodist Church in Kannapolis, NC
Tyro United Methodist Church in Lexington, NC

Rev. Foster has a great love for the local church and is particularly passionate about preaching, teaching, the work of evangelism, and pastoral care. In his spare time Rev. Foster enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, jogging, and is an avid Duke basketball fan.
